Two New LG Handsets Leak Online, Both Coming to Verizon

Two New LG Handsets Leak Online, Both Coming to Verizon

South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics has been long said to plan the launch of some new smartphones this year, including the flagship LG G3, and it appears that this phone might have leaked online as LG B2.

There’s no telling on whether this is indeed the LG G3, but the guys over at PhoneArena suggest that it might indeed be the high-end smartphone.

The LG B2 has been spotted online in two flavors, one with model number LG-D851 attached to it, and another one featuring model LG-VS985. The latter is supposedly the Verizon version of the yet-unannounced mobile phone.

Apparently, the smartphone is set to arrive on the market with a screen capable of delivering a 2K resolution (1440 x 2560 pixels), while packing a 13-megapixel camera on the back.

The LG G3 was already rumored to arrive on the market with a 5.5-inch touchscreen display capable of offering said high resolution and to sport a 13MP camera, which suggests that the newly leaked models could indeed point at it.

In addition to the LG B2, a certain B1lite model from LG also emerged online, supposedly set to arrive on the market as the LG G Pro 2 Lite. It will hit shelves with model numbers LG-D631 and LG-VS880 (for Verizon) attached to it.

With no official confirmation on any of these devices, we’ll take the info above with a grain of salt for the time being, but stay tuned for additional details on them.
