Upping the ante in the fiercely competitive budget segment of the Indian smartphone market, Microsoft is all set to launch its dual-SIM smartphone - the Lumia 630 - that will take head-on likes of Moto G (Review | Pictures), HTC Desire 210 (Pictures) and Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2. Next week will also see the launch of another hotly anticipated device, the Motorola Moto E.

Moto E has reportedly made an appearance on the Motorola Mexico Facebook page of all places.
The image seen above, was first spotted by Android Police, shows the handset's White colour variant pictured alongside a Moto G (left), giving us a glimpse of how the front panel of Moto E would look like.
The smartphone is seen sporting two long and slim grills at top and bottom, with light sensors and Motorola icon placed at the left side of the upper grill. While the exact screen size of the handset is not know, visibly both the Moto G  and the Moto E smartphones seem to sport similar screen sizes. Since the image shows no front-facing camera on the Moto E, it's safe to assume it will fall under the Rs. 10,000 price bracket. It's worth pointing out that leaked image has now been removed from Facebook, though not before Android Police snapped up copy seen above.

'Killer robots' to be debated at UN

Killer robots will be debated during an informal meeting of experts at the United Nations in Geneva.
Two robotics experts, Prof Ronald Arkin and Prof Noel Sharkey, will debate the efficacy and necessity of killer robots.
The meeting will be held during the UN Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW).
A report on the discussion will be presented to the CCW meeting in November.
This will be the first time that the issue of killer robots, or lethal autonomous weapons systems, will be addressed within the CCW.
